Planned activation(s): 18-20th August 2006 by SM6WPF/Lars, SM6XMY/Tomas (+XYL Pirjo), SM6MIS/Stan, SM6IQD/Rolf , SM6HCX/Lasse & SM6U/Rick. We will operate from ARLHS Lighthouse "Långholmen Range Front Light" (SWE-444) during the ILLW weekend. However, we will not operate according to the ILLW rules (AT or ADJACENT to the light), but rather the ARLHS "Line of sight" rule. We have a few hundred meters to the actual light, on a nearby island. We will be on "Jakobsö", and the light is located on "Långholmen". Basically, this makes no difference for thoose contacting us, we are valid for any ARLHS award. Neither of these islands qualify for IOTA, unfortuneatly. Activities will probably start late thursday (17th), but it's no promise. Main actitivies on SSB, but SM6IQD & SM6MIS will operate some CW. We can be found on basically all bands between 80-10m, including WARC. We will have one main station dedicated to the higher bands (20-10m), working on the highest bands providing conditions at the moment with a 1kW amplifier.
